As global concern about the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic grows, our top priority is to ensure the health and safety of everyone we impact, our staff, customers and business partners along with their families. At SIGMA Enterprises we are adopting and following all government announcements and the situation is under constant review.
Please be assured that we are taking as many precautions as practical to ensure our customers and employees stay healthy and safe while minimizing disruptions to everyday life. Therefore, until further notice, SIGMA will no longer receive visitors at our DIP 1 premises. Your sales representatives and customer service representatives will remain fully accessible and operational across our digital and mobile communication channels.
Sigma will maintain normal working hours from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, from Sunday to Thursday, and available via phone and/or email. Please be informed that it might take a bit longer to respond to your requests. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We will update you accordingly to reflect any changes to our plan.
Sigma encourages our repair and service customers to send their machines via courier. As a special gesture, we are offering free pick-up and delivery for all customers until April 15, 2020. We will limit all onsite repair work until further notice. Please contact our customer service at 800 6373 to schedule a pick-up of your machines up to 15kgs, and all heavy machine owners are encouraged to be delivered to the SIGMA Service Centre with prior appointment. Note without an appointment you will not be given access to our premises.
We are discouraging all walk-in customers. For those customers who pay for repairs in cash, contact customer service or the service department for directions on how to make payments.
