Aging Roller/Ovens

Drilling fluid aging is the process in which a drilling fluid sample, previously subjected to a period of shear, is allowed to more fully develop its rheological and filtration properties.

Fann roller ovens are used for aging drilling fluids or muds. The Fann line includes a portable model with a heat range that extends to 600 degrees F. Fann® Model 704ET and Model 705ET Roller Ovens are primarily designed for laboratory use. These roller ovens provide an excellent method of aging drilling fluid samples.
